Our digital products are virtual and/or downloadable in nature in the form of streaming/ recorded videos, pdf files, word file, zip file etc. No refund shall be issued once the payment is done from customer’s end. In case you are not able to view and/or download the purchased digital/virtual product or you do not receive access to product for viewing/downloading after making payment, you may contact us on courses@bankpromotionstudy.com and bankpromotionexams@gmail.com giving full details of transaction within 24 hours of purchase. We will send you the purchased digital/virtual  product on your email id which was given during payment or any other email id given by you after verification.
